If you like to play your golf surrounded by breathtaking scenery, then Calanova Golf Club fits the bill perfectly.
Designed by Manuel Pinero, Calanova opened in late 2005, and quickly became a firm favourite with golfers. Situated in what is referred to as the New Golf Valley, nestling between the Mijas Sierras and the Mediterranean, this course has spectacular views of both the mountains and the sea on almost every hole.
There are no blind holes on Calanova. The course is very open, and when you stand on the tees, many of which are elevated, it is easy to visualise the shot you want to play.
There is a good mix of challenging and more straight forward holes, and the wide choice of tee positions means that Calanova can be enjoyed by every level of golfer.
