Probably the best known of all Mallorca's courses, Santa Ponsa 1 opened in 1977, and has played host to the Ballearic Open on several occasions.
Designed by Folco Nardi (together with Pepe Gancedo), Golf Santa Ponsa I is long and very demanding with wide but sloping fairways set in beautiful open countryside dotted with olive and almond trees.
At 590 metres, the par five 10th hole is the longest in Spain.
